Reducing Emissions
Emissions can be reduced by a vehicle-inbuilt hydrogen injection system, and each unit is low in cost and runs on deionized water. The reduction of emissions with either a petrol or Diesel engine, no matter the size, usually drops around 80%.

Benefits of Reducing Emissions:
There are many benefits of reducing emissions with vehicles. Hydrogen vehicle Induction will ensure all these benefits will happen. Here are the main three:
- Preventing climate change
- Reducing pollution
- Eco-friendly and environmentally friendly
Commercial Hydrogen Fuelled Vehicles
Vans, trucks, and lorries up to 40-tonne vehicles are available for Induction; these will have larger fuel tanks due to weight and cargo. It is important for these vehicles to convert to hydrogen because these give out the most harmful emissions, due to the size of the engine.
However, refuelling stations would need to expand to more locations before converting all vans, trucks and lorries, as larger vehicles that travel long distances and carry a much heavier load would need to refuel more often than smaller vehicles.
Why Convert to a Hydrogen Engine?
There are two types of hydrogen engines; vehicles that use hydrogen engines are known as Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles. The other is a Hydrogen Fuell Cell Engine; hydrogen fuel cells can help reduce the amount of harmful emissions from your vehicle that affects the environment, and prevent pollution, but are the more expensive option.
Switching to a hydrogen engine is also the most effective way to prevent climate change, even overusing public transport. The Hydrogen engine gives off zero CO2 emission, and NOx is still emitted; however, it is a reduced amount. The process to convert the engine is affordable and doesn't take a lot of work.
Can I Convert my Diesel Car to Hydrogen?
Yes, you can convert your diesel car to hydrogen, and this will give you a number of benefits. This includes a reduced amount of carbon emissions, and this is also a cost-effective Induction. The Induction itself must be completed by a trained professional who is completely qualified.
Refuelling stations for hydrogen are becoming more popular and take hardly anytime at all. It is a much greener way to power your vehicle, and once the hydrogen has run out, the car will continue to run on diesel until you refuel it again.
What are Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars?
If you're looking for an ultra-low emission vehicle, then Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars are definitely the right option for you. They are greener cars and will reduce the amount of pollution, causing climate change. Instead of using a battery, these vehicles use fuel cells and only emit water vapour.
There are many brands of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars, including Hyundai and Toyota. Over the next few years, hydrogen cars are set to expand, with other popular car manufacturers such as BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. These cars are easy to drive and don't require any gears.
How Does a Fuel Cell Car Work?
Fuel cells convert hydrogen into heat, water and electric energy. The fuel cell forms a chemical reaction, using the hydrogen and oxygen in the air mixed with electricity. No energy is stored in the process, which is why fuel cells are different to using batteries.
To create a high voltage, which is needed to power a vehicle, which is why numerous fuel cells join together to create a stack. This fuel cell stack feeds the hydrogen which is divided into ions and electrons. The electrical current mixes with oxygen, which is emitted from the exhaust.
Reasons to Make the Switch
Reduction of Carbon Dioxide Emissions
No Reduction in Pay Load
No Range Anxiety
Cost-effective Low Carbon Solution
Reduced DPF
Commercial Vehicle Conversions
To make the Induction, a professional must do the job, who has been highly trained and qualified in the industry. The process can be done for vans and cars with any brand and model.
To make the Induction, you need a retrofit kit, tanks, lines, management systems and also engine control. If you would like to have a free consultation with us for your vehicle, please contact us today.
Low Emission Mileage
Hydrogen is a green fuel, which means it's very Eco-friendly and reduces emission mileage on your vehicle. It reduces the generation of greenhouse gases, and in the UK, it can reduce up to 60% of CO2 emissions.
If you would like to find out more about how this can benefit you, your company and your vehicle, please give us a call today. We are always happy to advise you and answer your questions and queries.
Refuelling with Hydrogen
Filling up your vehicle with hydrogen is a quick and easy process. This creates low-emission mileage and can be done with a very wide range of vehicles.
In the UK, gas stations that allow you to fill up your vehicle with hydrogen are growing fast and in a wider range. To find out more about the process, please get in touch with us today.
Hydrogen Combustion Engines For Large And Heavy Duty
There have been some major technological advancements in hydrogen combustion engines. JCB AND CUMMINS are now ready with new hydrogen combustion engines for large and heavy duty.
There are conversions of existing vehicles coming shortly, and versions for most types of small to medium size engines will be available.
Hydrogen Conversions
It has taken many months to get to where we are today but today we can confirm all testing and performance checks are now completed.
Heavy haulage, buses, site plant, and many large diesel engines can be converted to 100% hydrogen.
*Price on application.*
The sad news is small engine vehicles like cars are not going to be able to have 100% hydrogen conversions only hydrogen duel fuel systems. This means hydrogen induction. The hydrogen is produced within the vehicle and you still use your existing fuel.
However, your emissions will fall to 80% of what they were. Now, this system can be fitted to any car or van. Just send us your engine type CC plus alternator output rating and we will then be able to verify and cost out the unit you need. You then approach your nearest LPG fitting firm and they will install it for you.
Now with large diesel engine vehicles, the engine has to come out and be re-engineered, or you send us a spare engine which we will convert, and then create it back for reinstalling. You will need a new hydrogen fuel tank and fill pipework set up.
Call or email us with the specifications of your engine to get costings on conversions. We also will be able to convert large diesel 4x4 trucks like anything near Ram, and Ford large engine pickups, as well as some large cc vans too.
Please indicate the range you had so we can size the hydrogen tank that goes in on the return of the vehicle. This you cannot do yourself as it has to be a registered fitter. We can convert fleets of vehicles, and we can supply hydrogen production and renewable power. Once all of this is installed, your fuel is yours to own, you're the fuel manufacturer now.
You can also retail this hydrogen if you have excess!
